Client: Carl Gambino Group

Carl Gambino Group is a record-breaking luxury residential real estate agency catering to celebrity and high-end clientele in multiple US markets. I developed the copy and creative assets across 4 markets. The scope included listing marketing plans, descriptions, media placements, pitch materials and marketing assets.

Highlights:

  • Lead the marketing arm of the agency to the Hamptons market (4 listings over $4M within the first month)


  • Developed more than 200 branded assets including business including


  • Increased IG followers from 9K to 14K with 14% higher engagement rates.


  • Increased email open rates by 9.3% in less than a year.

The client’s goal was to implement a cross-market website that unified the brand’s image. I delivered a sophisticated and simple site to feature listings and agents in each market with easy functionality for users.

Creative Copywriting

I wrote the marketing copy and property descriptions for 40+ unique luxury listings.

Sample: SoCal Spanish Villa

Soak up spectacular views in this romantic, fully furnished Spanish villa, seated within the Hollywood Hills. Originally built in 1929, this home pairs old-world charm with tasteful finishes and modern luxuries. The family room is paved with original distressed brick floors, and an abundance of light that can be found in every room. A skylit kitchen equipped with Viking and SubZero appliances centers the home and leads to a pristine dining area, while a sociable sitting room rounds out the space. French double doors throughout provide access to a striking multi-tier terrace. This beautifully maintained backyard offers peace and privacy while lounging poolside, dining al-fresco, or admiring the surrounding scenery of the Runyon Canyon preserve and Santa Monica shoreline. The estate includes four bedrooms and 3.5 baths, touting a classically-crafted primary suite complete with floor-to-ceiling windows, fireplace, walk-in closet, ensuite bath, and a Juliet balcony. Adorned with period details and golden-era charm, this home is a rare find to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Client: Hair Queen LA

Strategic Partnerships

Hair Queen LA is luxury boutique and online hair extension retailer based in Los Angeles, appealing to a niche market within the entertainment/ lifestyle industry. I was tasked with developing a content strategy to grow the brand’s social media presence, delivering a new e-commerce website, overseeing all marketing emails, designing print and digital marketing materials and implementing monthly marketing campaigns.

Created the outreach program and oversaw 12 strategic partnerships to create viral digital content promoting Hair Queen LA wigsn and extensions within niche markets.


a) Hair Queen TV YouTube Channel

Highlights:

  • Increased email conversion rate by 8.3% in 7 months (industry standard is 2%)


  • Saw an increase of 15K increase in YouTube subscribers and 8K on Instagram


  • Attributed $30K of sales in 7 months to new social media revenue pipeline

Oversaw the product selection, development and talent marketing of 3 Dayspring home goods collections.

Candace Cameron Bure x QVC

Managed the relationship between Candace Cameron Bure and major retailer QVC to expand the CCB product line on the network, leading to the launch of a CCB x QVC apparel line.

Woman’s Day Magazine x Candace Cameron Bure

I managed the relationship between Candace Cameron Bure and Woman’s Day magazine, in which Candace was named the CSO (Chief-Spiritual-Officer) and assigned a column to share faith and her branded goods.

Zoom Communications

I have managed more 25 strategic brand partnership in the course of my career for companies like Zoom Communications, Hair Queen LA, Lenny + Larry’s Complete Cookie, Mr. C Hotel Beverly Hills, actress Candace Cameron Bure, and more.


For each, I was responsible for conducting thorough market research, outlining the partnership program + benefits, negotiating deliverables and in specific cases asset delivery.

J.LO Beauty Launch

I lead the partnership with J.LO Beauty Brand, to host the skincare product launch on NYE, LIVE via Zoom after her record-breaking NYE Times Square performance. The exclusive stream saw a total 815K views and helped position Zoom as a lifestyle product.

A Write to Education | Digital Fundraiser

Zoom partnered with the non-profit, The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation, to raise $550K for BIPOC mental health programs. Zoom provided all technical software, support and marketing resources
